FRIZLEN T 100 - high-quality ceramic tubes and perfect windings form the basis here. These resistors can be manufactured, according to requirements as completely assembled modules, or in different configurations for control operation as slider version. Temperature switches and thermal overcurrent relays are available for overload monitoring. Adjustable clips can be used for matching resistance values on the windings.
FRIZLEN T 200 - a nice piece of work. Stepless adjustable, thanks to their ring shape, these resistors offer flexibility in the smallest space. Operation can be manual or motor-driven, but in either case FRIZLEN can supply modules to meet your individual requirements with drives and limit switches. FRIZLEN T 300 - for special requirements. Thanks to their flat and variable construction, these resistors are made for cramped spaces. This is made possible by the base material, mica, and its almost infinitely variable shape. Because they can be built into an enclosed extruded aluminium case they have a very high ingress protection (up to IP 67), which not only allows usage in risk areas, but also means that these resistors can be mounted on heat sinks or cooling surfaces to increase dissipation. Various perforated sheet enclosures are available as additional contact safety device, which are also suitable for integrating thermal overload monitoring.
FRIZLEN T 500 - space-saving and modular. These resistors can be used universally thanks to their flat construction. The insulation elements made of steatite, set on a metal finned bearer, are provided with grooves in which round wires of various alloys are firmly fixed, even when expansion through heating takes place. Thermal overcurrent relays are provided for overload monitoring. Adjustable clips can be used for matching the resistance values to the windings.
FRIZLEN T 600 - high overload capacity, robust, inexpensive. Manufactured as chrome-alloyed, heat-resistant steel plates, each steel grid has a load capacity of 500 W. This system can produce even higher performances thanks to the fitting together of several steel grids using M12 threaded rods, ceramic rolls, conductive rolls and insulating mica tubes to form a resistor block. Various ingress protection values can be achieved by fitting in enclosures which are naturally ventilated. For higher load capacity a fan is used for increased ventilation.
